Unlocked a city on another device, or reinstalled the app? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases (also available on the purchase screen). Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.
For any city you own, tap the Download control to save its audio and images for offline use — ideal before a trip. Manage or remove downloads any time from Settings → Manage Downloads or by tapping the city’s download badge.
The guide is available in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Change the language from the app’s language selector; downloaded audio follows your selected language.
